Sacred Heart is back, but the hospital and the people inside it have changed. Scrubs 2026 brings J.D., Turk, and Elliot into a new chapter where familiar friendships meet a younger generation of interns, modern medical pressures, and the same mix of absurd comedy and emotional honesty that defined the original series. Rather than simply repeating the past, the revival uses the old rhythm of medical workplace comedy to explore aging, mentorship, friendship, and how doctors adapt when the world around them has moved on.
