Knight Moves (1992)

American Movie1992Rating 5.8
📖 Story

Chess grandmaster Peter Sanderson returns to a major tournament with a complicated past behind him, only to become the center of a criminal investigation after a woman connected to him is killed. When a mysterious caller begins turning the case into a psychological game, Peter becomes both a suspect and a target. Knight Moves uses the chessboard as a tense metaphor: every decision can move him closer to the truth or deepen the suspicion around him as he works with police and a psychologist to understand the pattern before it grows wider.
